#nibloggerbrunch Outing
Over a month ago I enjoyed the most fabulous day out which consisted of painting, prosecco, shopping and catch ups with lots of the other amazing NI Bloggers, the perfect way to spend any day.
And it was all thanks to Cathy Martin PR who organised the most incredible trip to Kildare Village for the #niblogger troop. What a wonderful treat for us it was and we were treated like VIP’s from the start to finish and were made feel so welcome by the team at Kildare Village.
The day started with brunch and prosecco in Dunne & Crescenzi and I was in awe of the most fab table dressings. Then we had a bit of fun with paint with Paint by the Pints where we got to be creative and make our very own card creation, a great social activity. Then Kildare Village surprised us all with vouchers to spend on the day… so we didn’t delay and off shopping we went and made the most of the stunning backdrops for one of many many pictures
Shopping Heaven
I have been quite a few times before to Kildare Village and every visit I have enjoyed it and always picked up lots of bit and pieces, it never disappoints. Each and every time there is always something new to discover. Just a month ago they opened their Michael Kors store, another hugely popular brand amongst the others. The village consists of over 100 designer outlets and offers something for everyone with amazing price tags. Some of my favourites are DKNY, Ted Baker, Joules, Kurt Geiger, Ralph Lauren, Bedeck, Cath Kidson, Penhaligon’s, Kate Spade, North Face…the list goes on. Click here to see all the exciting brands on site.
The village offers so much charm and offers such a wonderful ambience for shopping. My partner Kevin has been with me quite a few times and it’s the only place that he actually enjoys shopping, whilst it’s busy it still offers a relaxed style of shopping.

My New Shoes
My OOTD
As it happens the skirt I’m wearing is one I picked up at Kildare village on a previous trip at DKNY store. Every time I have visit I always pick up staples and timeless classics that see me through a few seasons.
Time to Refuel
Then when you’re looking a break from shopping and some refuelling the village has lots of eateries to suit every taste from Italian cuisines to crepes, some of my favourites are Dunnea & Crescenzi and Le Pain Quotidien or if you don’t want to waste any shopping time, you can grab and go as there are lots of quirky pop-up food and sweet trucks dotted around.
Picture Perfect
It’s also insta heaven, so factor in some time for photos as there are so many stunning backdrops for all your pics and believe me, just when you think you have enough photos you go around another corner and another fab photo op awaits.
Make a Break of It
Why not stay over as there are quite a few hotels pretty close to the village and make a little break of it. I have done that a few times before and it takes the stress out of travelling. Some of the hotels I have stayed in before and are within an hour away are: Carton House Hotel , The Powerscourt Hotel & Spa and Druids Glen.
NI Blogger Troop
There was well over 50 NI bloggers on the trip and it was so nice getting the chance to catch up with some of the bloggers I have got to know though attending different events as well as meeting new ones who I follow.

I’m looking forward to the next #nibloggerbrunch already and of course another visit to Kildare Village will no doubt be on the cards.
