Happy Sunday, hope you’re enjoying your weekend. We had a family get together last night, last of the summer parties, and it was such a good evening. We had a guy come in with his self contained Pizza oven, Il Caro Della Pizza. to take care of the catering. He served up 19 pizzas in total, all different types and using all local produce. It was so good and takes the stress and hassle away from the host being busy with all the cooking and cleaning. See more over on Elaine’s Roves ‘n Troves facebook page.

All we had to do was take care of dessert and i’m enjoying some of the leftovers right now, homemade Malteser Cheesecake…it is simply delicious.

So today I took a little time to myself and headed to the shops for a little browse. I picked up a few pieces and spotted a few nice bits in Savida, Dunnes and River Island.

So that’s my Sunday, now to go an pack as I’m heading away tomorrow to the Galgorm Hotel & Spa with my mum and sister for a day and night of pampering and relaxing. So keep an eye on my snapchat and insta stories to see more on that as well as some of my new fashion buys.
